The Model of the UniverseOrganisation (MOTU ORG) is a global, prestigious organisation that promotes tourism and culture by creating an event to promote tourism within fashion, arts and culture.
MODEL OF THE UNIVERSE® is a model competition established in 1991 to promote the tourism within fashion, arts and culture. Entertainment, fashion and arts are some of the worlds greatest tourism assets and holds enormous growth potential.
Model of the Universe Organisation strongly believe in the promoting women and encouraging contestants to feel empowered.

MOTU ORG encourage women of all cultural backgrounds to symbolise their fashion and beauty highlighting confidence wearing their National Costume, Evening Gown and Swimsuit. MOTU ORG have hosted in 4 continents, where each contestant is also competing for the chance to win their countries Continent title.

MODEL OF THE UNIVERSE® STORY
Established in 1991, owned, founded, and produced by Mr John Singh. Model of the Universe is one of Mr Singh’s global brands that celebrates beauty, tourism and culture.
The core emphasis of the MODEL OF THE UNIVERSE® beauty competition has always been to promote the host country of each year’s final and the importance of fashion, arts and culture.
Mr John Singh has collaborated with brands and worked closely with tourist boards of our partner countries with the common goal of highlighting fashion, arts and culture therefore benefiting the country.
Tourism is a $100 billion industry, and our aim is to help host countries attract both domestic and international tourists, as well as foreign investment and expenditure in the current difficult global tourism market.
Model of the Universe Organisation have had the honour of hosting MODEL OF THE UNIVERSE® Final in 4 continents and successfully boosted tourism.
From countries such as Taiwan, Lebanon, Malta and Turkey. Not only do Model of the Universe Organisation extensively champion the tourism of the host country through the Model of the Universe pageant, we also aim to promote each country competing. Each contestant is not only undeniably beautiful in her own right.
MODEL OF THE UNIVERSE® contestants are promoted to feel empowered.
OUR MISSION
MOTU highlights the importance of boosting Tourism through symbolising beauty within the Contestants. Model of the Universe Final provides worldwide exposure for the Host Country’s tourism and investment opportunities, generates foreign currency and gives back to the community by marketing the Host Country as a preferred domestic, worldwide and safe tourism destination. The contestants influence a positive change through their international platform and belief; achieving better tourism for everyone, everywhere.
CONTINENT WINNERS
Model of the Universe Contestants can achieve the title of becoming, MODEL OF THE WORLD AFRICA®, MODEL OF THE WORLD ASIA®, MODEL OF THE WORLD ®, MODEL OF THE WORLD EUROPE® AND MODEL OF THE WORLD OCEANIA®. Winning a Continent Title is just as important as winning the title of Model of the World as they are seen as inspirational for young people worldwide. A Continent Title presents a unique opportunity for Governments to present and promote national ideas or concepts to the young people of the Host Country.
NATIONAL COSTUME AWARD
MOTU emphasises all contestants’ wearing, designing and promoting their own National Costume. It is mandatory for all contestants to wear their National Costume. The ‘BEST NATIONAL COSTUME AWARD’ is won by one contestant at Model of the World Final, which is believed to be the Symbol of Beauty.
